Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos for various platforms. This is a Full-Time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, and is ideal for a Fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience with color correction and grading
• Strong understanding of video codecs and file formats
• Knowledge of various video formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Knowledge of current trends in video editing and motion graphics

Roles and Responsibilities

• Edit and piece together raw footage into a cohesive whole
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
• Create and implement motion graphics elements
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of videos
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements
• Review and improve video content based on feedback
• Manage and organize video files and assets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and software
