Job Overview

Rankmantra, a leading IT service and consultancy company, is seeking a Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating and editing engaging videos that captivate our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, with an opportunity for growth and development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in video editing
• Proficient in video editing software, such as Final Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Solid understanding of video editing principles, techniques, and best practices
• Ability to tell compelling stories through video
• Knowledge of current trends in video editing, including trendy sounds, transitions, and effects
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that align with the company's marketing strategies and target audience
• Trim and rearrange footage to ensure smooth transitions and seamless storytelling
• Add special effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the visual appeal of videos
• Select and incorporate appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers into videos
• Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
• Utilize video editing software, such as Final Cut, to produce professional-quality videos
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and digital marketing
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and execute video ideas
