Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in creating and managing digital content
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with our target audience
• Manage and create content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend new strategies and platforms to improve our social media presence
• Analyze data and generate reports to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives
• Stay updated with industry best practices and latest trends in social media marketing
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement
