Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled SEO Manager to join our team at Rankmantra. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings for our clients' websites. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, with a junior-level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in SEO management, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment
• Proficient in keyword research, analysis, and optimization techniques
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors and best practices
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple SEO projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link building, meta tag optimization, and URL optimization
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create and optimize SEO-friendly content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and industry developments
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions
• Manage SEO projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables
• Stay informed about search engine algorithms and implement necessary changes to maintain SEO best practices
• Communicate with clients to understand their goals and provide actionable SEO recommendations
