Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the sales process
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and build relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work well in a team environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize repeat business
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management
