Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Rankmantra, a leading IT service and consultancy company. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales revenue. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other sales software
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and convert leads into customers
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Good oral communication and presentation skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize profitability
