Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Executive to join our team in Delhi. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer relationships, and making sales pitches to prospective customers. This is an on-site role, and the successful candidate will work out of our Delhi office.

Qualifications
