Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at RankBloc Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India, with the opportunity for growth and development.
Qualifications and Skills

- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with placing orders, cancellations, and returns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets.
