Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Content Manager to join our team at RankBloc Services. As a Content Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies to enhance our digital presence and engage our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in content management, copywriting, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful content strategies.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement content strategies to support marketing objectives.
- Write, edit, and proofread content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media profiles, and email campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO).
- Manage and coordinate with freelance writers, graphic designers, and other content creators.
- Track content performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of content calendars and manage content publishing schedules.
- Monitor and respond to user-generated content and engage with online communities.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
