Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Content Manager to join our team at RankBloc Services. As a Content Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies to enhance our digital presence and engage our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in content management, copywriting, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and implement content strategies to support marketing objectives.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media profiles, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Manage and coordinate with freelance writers, graphic designers, and other content creators.
  • Track content performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of content calendars and manage content publishing schedules.
  • Monitor and respond to user-generated content and engage with online communities.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
