Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry
- Strong knowledge of customer service operations
- Proven experience in team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Experience in inside sales and international BPO is a plus
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
