Roles and Responsibilities:-

·      Experience in writing Proposals, Bidding for Web, Mobile app Development & Digital Marketing, follow-ups, competition analysis, discussion with offshore clients.

·      Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with Client and closure.

·      Experience with interacting with clients.

·      Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads.

·      Getting business through different channels(Upwork, Freelancer, People per hour, Craiglist, Odesk, Elance)

·      Quality project selection and bidding.

·      Create pipeline of projects in Web Design and Development, Digital Marketing and App Development.

·      Write custom Proposals/ Costing/ prepare project schedules

Key Skills:-

·      Knowledge of bidding portals

·      Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.

·      Sound knowledge of IT terminologies

·      Good Communication Skills

Eligibility criteria:-

·      Someone who is passionate about his/her work.

·      Excellent problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

·      Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type:- Part-time

Part-time hours:- 5-6 hours per day

Compensation:- Bidder will receive the amount per bid as per the company norms.

Schedule:- Can be discussed accordingly

Supplementary pay types:-

·      Commission pay

·      Performance bonus

Experience:-

·      IT Project Online Bidder: 0-1 year

Qualifications:- BBA/B.COM/MBA or any other graduate degree.
