Need Immediate joiners 50 Relationship Executive to work

Education: Minimum 12th Pass and above with minimum 6 months of relevant experience can apply

Language: Mandatory English and Kannada

Salary: Upto 19K CTC + Incentives based on performance + ESI + PF

Day Shift: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Week Off: Sunday

Role & Responsibilities

The Executive will be responsible for the loan business performance in the allotted geographical area and he/she reports to National Sales Head at the central office.

Responsible for lead generation and completion of the team target.

Build and lead a high-performing sales team by providing strong, experience-led mentorship

Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base

Develop a team through continuous up skilling & training programs, thereby building capabilities.

Develop and monitor client retention strategies for the region

Providing necessary in-house & On-field training and guidance
