Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team at Rama Fabrics. As an HR Executive, you will support HR operations and manage employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.
• Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries and provide necessary support.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct orientation programs for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Manage employee benefits and leave management.
• Assist in performance management and conduct employee performance evaluations.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
