Job Description: -

• End-to-End Recruitment.
• Supporting various business verticals to recruit the required manpower on pan India level.
• Coordinating with Head of Department regarding job opening.
• Sourcing the candidates from job portals/references/social networking sites; screening profiles, conducting telephonic interview and short listing candidates.
• Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates with the clients.
• Post recruitment coordination & negotiations with candidates and clients. Vigorous follow up with clients & candidates till the date of joining.
• Maintaining a database of resources, preparing MIS report (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annually)

 Location: - Unit No. 104, 1st floor, Thakker Industrial Estate, Champsi Bhimji Road, Mazagaon, Mumbai – 400010, Opposite Anjeerwadi SBUT.

CTC: - Negotiable + Attractive Incentives + Bonus
