JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: HR Executive
Location: Andheri (Mumbai)
Responsibilities
· Sourcing the right talent for the company keeping in mind the company's current and future requirements.
· Hire, train, motivate and retain staff.
· Recruitment of staff as per budget set.
· Induction and regular training of staff on all aspects of the job.
· Training, Motivating, and Mentoring of staff to achieve company goals and keep attrition under check.
· Resolve all staff-related issues in a timely manner to avoid discontent and attrition.
· Draft and implement HR policies in line with industry standards.
· Debrief placement consultants on a regular basis on the HR requirement.
· Promote hiring through a referral program in the company.
· Build a management team for future expansion.
· Manage, monitor, and evaluate the performance of all staff.
· Properly delegate, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of the team.
· Improve productivity of staff trough training and motivation.
· Ensure that all staff is adhering to staff uniform policy including uniform at all times when on duty.
· Drafting and implementation of HR policies.
· Responsible for managing disciplinary actions involving all clubs level employees.
· Submit all new hire and termination information to Corporate as required by HR department.
· Report any staff-related issue to the BOD.
· Conduct exit interviews of all staff.
· Prepare a training program for all the staff.
Eligibility
· Minimum 6 Months of Experience in HR/Recruitment.
