Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to join our team at Rainson Pipe Industries Private Limited. This is a full-time junior position located in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and is responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or a similar field
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent customer relationship management skills to maintain and grow client base (Mandatory skill).
- Strong communication abilities both written and verbal to effectively liaise with clients and team members (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team towards achieving collective goals.
- Skilled in negotiation to close deals and secure profitable agreements.
- Proficiency in forecasting to predict sales trends and prepare accordingly.
- Strong market analysis ability to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve client and sales-related issues.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
