Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our manufacturing processes and products meets the highest standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Must have a deep understanding of quality assurance processes (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques in the context of manufacturing (Mandatory skill)
• Keen attention to detail to identify issues and implement solutions (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and methods
• Adept in conducting root cause analyses to determine the origin of issues
• Strong documentation skills for maintaining detailed reports and records
• Ability to implement process improvements to enhance product quality
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct thorough testing of materials and products at various stages of production
