Job Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Executive to join our team at Raija Solar. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our solar power solutions. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Strong creativity and communication skills
• Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques, including market research and content development
• Experience in managing social media accounts and running marketing campaigns
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Raija Solar's solar power solutions
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and market trends
• Creating compelling content for marketing campaigns, including website, social media, and other marketing collaterals
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns and materials
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for optimization
• Managing the company's social media presence and engaging with followers
• Coordinating with external agencies and vendors for marketing activities
• Assisting in organizing and participating in marketing events and exhibitions
