Work Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad


Responsibilities:


  • Reception Duties: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Telephone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when necessary.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for staff and clients.
  • Visitor Management: Ensure all visitors are registered, issued badges, and directed to the appropriate person.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk supplies, office equipment, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing office documentation.
  • Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Document Management: Prepare and maintain documents, presentations, and reports as required by senior management.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve client or visitor inquiries, escalating matters to relevant staff if necessary.
  • Maintaining Office Calendar: Keep track of important office events, meetings, and team schedules.
  • Handling Office Supplies: Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary to ensure the office runs efficiently.
  • Coordination with Other Departments: Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.


Key Requirements:


  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time position with working hours from 10 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • Working Days Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
