Responsibilities:
1. Independently handle day-to-day operations of the HR functions and Duties
2. Compile & update employee records (hard & soft copies)
3. Deal with employee requests regarding Human Resource issues, rules & regulations
4. Payroll preparations and processing by collating relevant data (attendance, overtime, advances, leaves, etc)
5. Handle end to end of recruitment like understanding the departmental needs, preparing resource requisition form, preparing JD, sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews, maintaining interview records in soft and hard copies.
6. Conduct orientation to newly hired employee.
7. Handle HRIS, Attendance Management System both soft and hard copies
8 Register new employees to EPF, ESIC and other Statutory compliance, should have thorough knowledge of Labour and Factories Act.
9. Nurture a positive working environment by conducting employee engagement activities.
10. Rolling out offer letters, exit letter and adhoc letters as required.
11. Enrol employees under health Insurance cover in coordination with the authorised vendor.
12. Prepare and submit MIS report to management as and when required.
Proficient in English, good communication skills and can correspond independently
