Position Overview:

As a Project Engineer ( Plastic Injection Molding Related ), you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making processes.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and technical drawings.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project implementation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of quality control procedures to ensure project compliance with standards and regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and proposing solutions.
• Adhere to project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of Injection Molding / Manufacturing Industry is a plus.
• Should have customer handling experience.
• Must have experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry
• Should have the knowledge of tool making and die casting processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
