JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection moulding machines to produce precision components according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines to produce plastic parts according to production schedules.
• Install moulds, set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time), and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure proper moulding processes.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and perform necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
• Conduct mould changes, including disassembly, cleaning, and assembly of mould components, to facilitate production of different parts.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines and moulds to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Inspect moulded parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Engineering, ITI Candidates can apply.
• Freshers with ITI and diploma are welcomed
• Experienced Candidate as an Injection Moulding Setter in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge with troubleshooting and resolving machine and moulding issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
