- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / B. Tech / B.E or a related field.
- Networking domain knowledge, including TCP/IP protocols.
- Provide technical support and guidance, training on new systems & processes, to end users and IT staff.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Relevant technical certifications (MCSE, CCNA, VCP)
- Technical Support responsibilities will include monitoring the network and all related hardware for available disc space, connectivity problems, viruses and any other problems which arise within the network.
- Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- The Telecommunication Support responsibilities will include managing and coordinating all aspects of communication for the organization.
- Responsible for keeping track of the administrative tasks of the data center.
- Performing tape backups of all production files, (daily) and ensuring that the tapes are stored in the off site location, and rotated according to storage policy.
