Roles & Responsibilities:
· Conduct Induction formalities.
· Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with applicable labour laws and company regulations.
· Recommend and implement strategic directions for people development within the company;
· Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition.
· Implement the Performance Management Process for the employees.
· Execute any other assigned duties as per business requirement.
· Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated.
· Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
