JOB ROLE


1. Analysis and resolution of all production incidents raised.

2. Provide resolution/workarounds for Severity 1 and 2 issues as per

the SLA defined

3. Doing RCA for severity 1 (S1) incidents. Doing RCA for Severity 2

(S2) and critical incidents on specific requests from HDFC Bank.

4. Escalating severity 1 and severity 2 (S2) and critical incidents to all

concerned as per escalation process as per the defined escalation

matrix which is mutually agreed thru mail, SMS, and Phone call.

5. Giving regular updates on, S1 and S2 issues to the concerned

stakeholders. Cause for repeated issues to be tracked with an issue

tracker for fixing.

6. Engaging with other IT and Technology Partners for Issue

resolution.

7. Escalation support in the Partner organizations as and when

required to meet the TAT.

8. Providing clarifications to HDFC Bank Biz, BTG, and IT staff

9. Deployment of application fixes provided by OEM in UAT and

Production.

Application Support

1. Application continuous 24/7 eye-on-glass monitoring via Appd,

Grafana or any other monitoring tool

2. Defining KPIs which is missing

3. Monitoring of unexpected spikes in application to various backends and

other connecting systems

4. Monitoring of slow/no responses

5. Analyzing tickets raised by Bank support staff for end-user issues.

6. Support during DR drills and feedback on improvements post drill

7. Preparation of IR reports along with RCA for S1 and S2 issues

and tracking till permanent fix is deployed

8. Co-ordinating with other support teams for any issues/incident

9. Provide suggestions for remediation of issues discovered
