Job Title Sr. Accountant – US Accounting

Payroll Company: Finsmart Accounting Pvt. Ltd.

Educational: Qualification B.Com or M.Com or CA Inter or CA or MBA or ICWA or CMA


Relevant Experience: 2 years or more in core US Accounting process or similar domain is a

must.

Good working knowledge of US Accounting, Month closing and

reporting is necessary


Job Role & Responsibilities


Work Related :

Categorization/Classification of bank transactions.

Ensuring correctness of transactions booked in Uncategorized

Expense and Income Account

Bank Reconciliation.

Ensuring that the open items on Bank Reconciliation Statement are

correct in nature.

Payroll Entry Bookkeeping and Payroll GL Reconciliation.

Calculation and recording the following:

 Depreciation

 Amortization

 Deferred Revenue

 Prepaid and Accrual

Profit and Loss Statement Review and Analysis.

Balance Sheet Statement Review and Analysis.

Month Closing and Reporting.

Drafting SOP as and when needed.

Learning new apps and reporting tools required for client servicing.


Client Oriented

Managing client independently for regular work related items.

Ensuring prompt and timely replies to client’s communication.

Attending to weekly client call with Team Leader to ensure client

satisfaction.

Handling client escalations if any with help of Team Leader.

Nurturing client relationship.


Candidate Specifications:

Fluent written and verbal English communication is a must

Exposure of handling overseas clients is a must

Desire to learn new skills and apps to excel is necessary

QB Certification is an added advantage


Job Type Permanent - Full time – Shift 1:30 pm to 10 pm

  • Monday to Friday-5 days working
