Job Description – Transition Senior Manager
Location: NCR (New Delhi)

Here are our expectations: You will be responsible for:
§ Managing and lead Transitions
§ Lead processes due diligence to define scope of process transitions (Finance, HR, Information technology, WFM, Operations)
§ Lead and implement toll gate based methodology for transitions in line with Industry best practices
§ Be the customer's SPOC for all questions, decisions, actions and updates as applicable during the Transition period and Beta period.
§ Support the project as the first escalation point for internal and customer issues.
§ Drive governance calls and meetings for internal and customer updates.
§ Plan for, conduct and manage relevant trainings to be delivered to transitions team.
§ Understanding strategic business objectives of the customer and facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
§ Participate in creation and review of transition solutions for RFPs / RFIs and any other pre sales support as needed.
§ Identifying and defining business case; defining project tasks and resource requirements; developing detailed project charter, project plan and transition plan depending on solution complexity, priorities and deliverables.
§ Combining process migration activities along with IT implementation
§ Optimization of the transition methodology - reduce time, reduce costs, reduce risks, retain/ improve quality
§ Responsible for risk management - understand the business and operational risks and develop and execute mitigation plans.
§ Handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project
§ Should be comfortable to work with any of the agile modules
§ Decide deadlines and budget of the project accordingly
§ Maintain status report of the project and also keep a record of the previous reports
Skills Required
· 6+ years of experience in Project Management for Business Process Outsourcing initiatives (locations, offshore, workforce changes)
· Excellent technical capabilities, strong communication skills, and effective project management abilities
· Strong presentation skills - including ability to lead workshops within the scope of transition projects,
· Strong proven client management skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence stakeholders,
· An ability to manage workload, with minimal direction, a self-starter with a strong sense of proactivity
· Strong analytical skills and attention to details
· Relevant experience in change management within large, high profile, high value, and complex transition programs
Are you the right fit? Here’s what you need to succeed –
· Bachelor’s degree in any stream
· PMI PMP / Prince II certified preferred
· Demonstrable project management experience for min 6 years
· Fluent in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, MS Visio
