Role: Social Media Manager
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Vashi, Mumbai
Set up: Full Time in Office
Purpose: The role holder will develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand
awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement Growth-Driven Social Media Strategies:
Design and implement social media strategies focused on rapid follower growth and
increasing brand reach for our brands. Leverage trends, viral content strategies, and audience
insights to boost share-ability and follower acquisition
Create Growth Plans with SMART Goals
Establish a strategic roadmap to achieve growth targets, setting Specific, Measurable,
Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) goals to guide each phase of development.
Outline clear, actionable steps for short-term and long-term growth, mapping resources
required and regularly assessing progress and adjusting as needed to ensure alignment with
overall brand goals.
Plan and schedule content to maintain a consistent social media presence.
Engaging Content Creation:
Create and curate high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, that
resonate with the target audience.
Craft compelling, shareable content (e.g., posts, videos, memes) that encourages non-
followers to engage and follow our brand. Experiment with various content types and formats
to identify what resonates most with our audience, focusing on video, interactive posts, and
user-generated content
Community management:
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online
community.
Review ORM reports regularly & enhance response templates and improve engagement
quality
Monitor online conversations and sentiment using tools like Meltwater, tracking
positive/negative share of voice and identifying opportunities for proactive engagement.
Actively jump in to manage crises or address negative comments, ensuring timely and
professional responses to uphold brand reputation.
Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships:
Collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement. Track the metrics of
these bits of engagement and touch points.
Identify and partner with brands that align with the brand's vision and values.
Trend Forecasting:
Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and social media trends.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices.
Data-Driven Optimization
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, focusing on engagement rates, shares,
comments, saves, and follower growth.
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Cross-Platform Strategy:
Develop cohesive cross-platform strategies that align with our brand’s message, adapting
content to each platform’s strengths (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WorkPlace, WhatsApp)
Content Creation:
Create and curate high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, that
resonate with the target audience.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:
∙3-5 years of experience in social media management or content marketing roles with a
solid track record in scaling follower growth for channels like Instagram and YouTube
Growth
∙Strong understanding of viral content creation and audience insight analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∙Strong storytelling ability with a talent for crafting engaging, shareable content that
captures attention and resonates with the audience
∙Proficiency in creating social media video content, including B-rolls and short-form
videos, to communicate key messages effectively and maintain viewer interest
∙Data-driven mindset with experience in testing and optimizing content for
performance.
∙Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Social Pilot).
