Job Summary: 

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with experience in IBM WDG DEVELOPER The candidate 

should have a strong background in developing and implementing IBM WDG RPA. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using IBM RPA. 

∙Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that 

align with business objectives. 

∙Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance the 

organization’s automation capabilities. 

∙Proficient in integrating IBM RPA with SAP systems, IBM Datacap, APIs, and web-

based applications to enable seamless automation and enhance process efficiency. 

∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements along with Business 

Analyst and ensure proper documentation of processes. 

∙Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions, including process design 

documents, solution design documents, and involve in test plans. 

∙Mentor and guide the internal RPA team, monitor their performance, and provide support to 

ensure successful outcomes. 

∙Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best 

practices. 

∙Manage client expectations by communicating project progress/ status, addressing concerns/ 

escalation, and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions. 

∙Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and standards. 

Qualifications: 

∙Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

∙Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in developing RPA solutions using IBM RPA. 

∙Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices. 

∙Proficiency in IBM RPA development. 

∙Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation. 

∙Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

∙Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

∙Experience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highly 

desirable. 

∙Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is a plus. 

∙Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
