Responsibilities: The following are specific responsibilities for this role:
● Manage the day-to-day purchasing (buying of goods required in production).
● Identify and qualify potential strong vendors/ suppliers to secure more cost-effective sourcing of products and services.
● Responsible for- Negotiating pricing, terms and conditions of sales, warranties of goods and products (including tenders), and monitoring their performance to ensure quality and service.
● Manage our ERP system (MOQ, re-order point, lead times, MTPT, Safety stock). Knowledge & Skills:
● Negotiation Skills, Logical Reasoning, Listening skills & Questioning skills
● Vendor management
● Creating & and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
● Expert Level Communication skills.
● ERP-systems, MS Office-365, ZOHO-CRM.
