Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing web design and graphic design projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams to successfully deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. The role demands excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of web and graphic design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project goals.

Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage project documentation.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of designers, developers, and other professionals.

Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure effective collaboration among team members.

Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any issues or obstacles.

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

Provide regular updates to clients on project status, deliverables, and any changes in scope or timelines.

Manage client expectations and handle feedback constructively.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all projects meet high-quality standards and adhere to best practices in web and graphic design.

Conduct thorough testing and review of deliverables before client handover.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

Handle project issues and conflicts with a focus on resolution and maintaining project integrity.

Budget Management:

Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and managing expenses within allocated resources.

Provide regular financial updates and reports to senior management.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and post-project reviews.

Generate detailed project reports for stakeholders and management.

Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate project outcomes and processes for continuous improvement opportunities.

Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in managing web design and graphic design projects.

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or any other relevant certifications.

Skills:

Strong understanding of web design, UI/UX principles, and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with the latest trends in web and graphic design.

Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
