Job Title : HR Specialist
Location: Pune (Camp)
Experience: 3+ years in HR operations
Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage the employee life cycle, recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and exit process. The ideal candidate should have strong HR operational experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the entire employee journey, from hiring to exit.
✔️Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
✔️ Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance with statutory regulations.
✔️ Onboarding & Induction: Handle new employee documentation, orientation, and engagement.
✔️ Exit Formalities: Manage resignation, clearance, and full & final settlements.
✔️ HR Compliance & Documentation: Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
✔️ Employee Engagement: Assist in fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns.
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and recruitment.
✅ Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
✅ Proficiency in HRMS software & payroll tools.
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
