We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team at R3 Consultant in Pune, Pune Division. This is a Full-Time, Hybrid position with a focus on utilizing skills in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, Node.js, SQL, Git, and MongoDB. R3 Consultant currently has 2-10 employees.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, Node.js, SQL, Git, and MongoDB

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack solutions using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and databases such as SQL and MongoDB
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Conduct code reviews, test and debug code to ensure high-quality software
• Participate in architectural design discussions and decision-making processes
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes
