Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive at our fitness club, you will be the first point of contact for
members and guests. Your role involves providing excellent service, addressing inquiries,
managing memberships, and ensuring a welcoming environment that promotes our commitment
to health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Greet and assist members and visitors with professionalism.
Handle check-ins, appointments, and registrations efficiently.
Membership Services:
Provide information on membership plans, facilities, and promotions.
Assist with sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
Issue Resolution:
Address member inquiries, complaints, or feedback promptly.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Facility Support:
Monitor and ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Assist with scheduling fitness classes and managing bookings.
Sales and Promotion:
Upsell membership plans, personal training packages, and fitness products.
Participate in promotional events and campaigns.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate member records and process payments.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with gym management software is a plus.
Passion for health and fitness.
