Job Description : Business Development Executive
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Department: Offline Sales
Location: Gurugram, Faridabad, Nagpur
Working Days and Time: 6 days, 9 AM to 6 PM
Must-Have:
Work Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Field Sales with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of marketing activities. Possesses good connections with local schools and has expertise in conducting seminars.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Conduct market surveys alongside competitors.
● Identify additional offerings for students.
● Establish connections with educational institutions (schools, junior colleges, coaching classes).
● Initiate discussions with HODs for seminar opportunities and other BTL activities.
● Engage students, highlighting Virohan's advantages.
● Participate in city placement events for relevant databases.
● Connect with parents during seminars.
● Collect data from 12th exam centers for attracting fresh students.
● Plan canopy activities strategically for better outreach.
● Plan and execute marketing activities, generating sales leads.
● Visit colleges for tie-ups and potential student admissions.
● Manage local BTL activities effectively.
● Reach monthly sales targets by nurturing agent relationships and networks.
