Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at R3 Consultant. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate records. This is a Full-Time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as an Accountant
• Proficient in accounting software, tally and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of integrity and trustworthiness

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of financial data
• Verify financial transactions by auditing documents
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Handle tax filings and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and guidance
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
