• Job Summary
• As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building a suite of new products & services targeted to solve pain points of e-Com Online Sellers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to identify opportunities to improve our current offerings, record best practices, conceive & develop new products & solutions.

• Key Responsibilities
• ● Develop and maintain a deep understanding of online marketplaces, e-com
• tools and processes
• ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build playbooks (best
• practice blueprints) which will be used by internal teams to provide effective
• solutions and services to customers
• ● Execute the product roadmap, ensuring that it helps deliver the business
• goals and client needs
• ● Drive product development by working closely with Engineering team on a
• daily basis
• ● Act as a product evangelist internally, advocating for the effective usage of
• playbooks by the operations/delivery teams
• ● Manage the product backlog and make data-driven decisions to prioritise
• features and enhancements
• ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that our
• marketplace services remain innovative and effective

• Requirements
• ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred
• ● 3-5 years of experience in product management, in an e-Com marketplace or
• a SaaS company building products for e-Com sellers
• ● Experience with online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart etc, is a must
• ● Proven track record of building successful products
• ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-
• driven decisions
• ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
• collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• ● Familiarity with agile development methodologies
