JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies. • Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts. • Generating new business leads. • Meeting Clients & Customers at their Business Centres. • Increasing brand awareness and market share. • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, public relations and marketing departments. • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget. • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. • Managing the marketing department's staff. • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management. • Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT: ▪ Candidate must know English & Telugu (Written and Verbal) – Hindi is an added advantage. ▪ Strong Communication & Writing Skills. ▪ Good in Microsoft Word & Excel. ▪ Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions independently. ▪ Proven Experience of dealing with clients. ▪ A motivated self-starter who can work independently in a fast paced work environment. ▪ Must be with the company for one year ▪ Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. ▪ Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. ▪ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. ▪ Strong time management and organizational abilities.
