Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR team to source and screen potential candidates, utilizing various recruitment channels.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting interviews alongside senior HR staff to identify suitable candidates.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee records and maintaining an efficient filing and retrieval system.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities while ensuring a smooth process for newly hired employees.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR documents and materials, such as employment contracts and policy manuals.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements by staying updated with employment law basics.
  • Engage with prospective and current employees to address inquiries and direct them appropriately for resolution.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives designed to enhance organizational development and employee engagement.
