- Must have proficiency in talent acquisition and recruitment processes to efficiently meet the organization's staffing needs (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming and equitable work environment.
- Administer and manage performance appraisals, ensuring timely feedback and goal setting for staff members.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies and procedures.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and propose improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with department leaders to address employee concerns and support their developmental needs.
