What does this role hold for you…?? ● Building and hiring a strong team of sales professionals. ● On-boarding new members, inducting them into basics of Real Estate sales ; explain expectations / objectives / targets clearly. ● Assisting the team in meeting targets, helping in larger client meetings. ● Interfacing with Central Marketing & Technology Team to facilitate adequate leads/ marketing support for team members. ● Interfacing with Developer Relations team to ensure a clear understanding of the focus properties among team members. ● Executing on-ground marketing activities like kiosks in corporates, clubs etc. to generate local self-leads for the team. ● Establishing client base of organizations, associations, social & corporate businesses through direct & indirect outside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded.
