Vacancy Description Details: 1. Position Name: Manager - Surveillance 2. No. of Requirements: One 3. Job Description: Person will be part of the client's securities market transactions monitoring group in the Compliance Department. Transactions related to the Securities Market (stock market and Depository) have to be analyzed for prevention of fraudulent & unfair trade practice, Insider trading, prevention of Money Laundering activity and their appropriate disposition of alerts, regulatory reporting. 4. Responsibilities:  Conduct trade surveillance to monitor market abuse and market manipulation in equity and derivatives trading (Front Running, Circular Trading, Insider trading and other market abuse/ manipulative activity)  Analyze transactions, trade data on trade surveillance platforms for potential compliance issues (market abuse & manipulation and money laundering) and organize data, identifying any trends.  Regulatory reports- Reports submissions to under stock exchanges and regulators guidelines.  Maintain compliance records and documentation in a manner consistent with the department’s needs.  Communication with exchanges  Tracking, understanding, disseminating regulatory orders, circulars  Take part in other compliance activities 5. Requirements: Mandatory Skills  4+ years of experience in capital markets regulatory compliances related to security market transaction monitoring, understanding of stock market trade and unfair trade practices in the capital market.  Strong product knowledge in capital markets  Strong analytical skills and presentation in reports  Excel skills 6. Education: Post-graduation, NISM certification 7. Location: Noida 8. Salary Range expected to be offered: 8 to 10 lakhs 9. Target Industry: Stock Exchange, Broking Industry
