Job Descriptions:
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and telecom industry standards.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
Manage audits and reporting related to HR compliance.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
Collaborate with finance to manage payroll, bonuses, and benefit programs.
Benchmark and recommend improvements in compensation structures.
Handle employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and leaves.
Performance Management:
Coordinate annual and quarterly performance appraisals.
Work with managers to set KPIs and track individual/team performance.
Employee Well-being & Engagement& Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
Conduct exit interviews and recommend strategies to reduce turnover.
Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Development:
Identify critical skill gaps and implement learning & development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5-6 years of HR experience, preferably in the telecom or technology industry.
Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage recruitment, performance management, and compliance processes.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
