Job Description

Handling ~30 borrowers PAN India.

1. Conduct Site Inspections and submit detailed report.
2. Post sanction credit including MIS verification, Cash flow analysis reports, Issuance of Report to Credit team.
3. Onboarding clients, Escrow operation and sweep management, NOC issuance, No Dues Issuance.
4. Interest intimation, follow-up for recovery and monitor DPD.
5. Preparation of various reports (e.g. Overdue Report, Loan Movement, Collection efficiency etc.) and other data points as per periodical requirements.
6. Interact and coordinate with various internal teams.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/M.COM.

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Construction finance or a related area.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
