Procure General and Life Insurance premium from the market as per the target set by the Company • Provide best possible Insurance package to the Clients with highest level of pre and post sales services ◦ Continuously explore new markets for generation of fresh Insurance business both in Corporate and retail lines • Presenting the Company and its services to the Clients, Insurers and other related parties in the most professional manner • Maintain excellent business relationship with various General and Life Insurers. ◦ Able to generate brokerage revenue of 3 times (2 times in the 1st year) the CTC received. • Full technical, sales and operational support will be provided from the Head office.
Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills. ◦ Strong Understanding of the Insurance market and various Insurance products • Willing to travel. • Smart working and target driven ○ Ready to make a long term association with the Company as a pro-active team player. . Outstanding oral and Computer presentation skills. Preferably owning a 4/2 wheeler.
