Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to drive sales and build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our software solutions.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate software products and services.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.

What We Offer:

Salary: First year- first Six months training along with work (15000 per Month or 1.8 lakhs) + Variable

          First year - Second six month after training (20000 per Month or 2.4 lakhs + Variable
