Responsibilities:
- Experience as a Service Manager of 5 yrs minimum.
- Manage The Service Engineers/Technicians Under Him & Take The Reporting From Them On Daily Basis.
- Plan The Installation ,Troubleshooting Issues Faced By Engineers Understand The Issues Over Phone And Try To Resolve The Same.
- Make The Reports In Excel As Asked By Management.
- Good Knowledge Of Excel.
- Give Training To Engineers For The Technical Issues.
- Having Knowledge Of Commercial Laundry Equipments Will Be Added Advantage Able To Learn Technical Knowledge Fast And Adapt As Per The Company Work Schedule.
- Ready To Travel If Required For Work.
