Job description

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other talent sources.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Proactively address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive work environment and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as needed, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement performance management systems and processes to monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
  • Identify training and development needs and collaborate with managers to design and deliver relevant programs.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation:
  • Stay abreast of relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration:
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits enrollment.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
  • HR Administration:
  • Oversee HR administrative functions, including record-keeping, documentation, and employee data management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS database.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • years of progressive experience in HR roles, with 3-4 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in the printing industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
