Job Summary: The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain customer interaction records, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company processes.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Good communication skills
