Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Conceptualize and execute creative designs for digital and print media, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, packaging, and presentations.

Create high-quality visuals for branding, marketing campaigns, and website assets.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visually appealing content to support campaigns and product launches.

Produce innovative ideas that resonate with the target audience and strengthen the brand identity.

Technical Design Work:

Ensure all design files are prepared for print or web use as required.

Adapt designs to fit various dimensions and formats without compromising on quality.

Brand Alignment:

Maintain consistency in visual branding across all platforms.

Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and creative standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to understand project requirements and deliver designs on time.

Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.

Market Research:

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.

Research competitors and industry standards to keep the company’s designs innovative and competitive.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or Canva.
